Continue to teach the children in your life well and may you always keep a song in your heart!

I love your post! I could relate to everything in it! I, too, have an addiction to books...I especially love picture books...a friend of mine and I seem to have a competition to see who can gather the most books before we die! We tease each other that the saddest part will be that another package will arrive from Amazon, even after we're gone...
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the winter mapping!
Happy New Year!
My second graders' first question on Monday morning is "Did you get a box from Amazon on Saturday?"
DeleteMy own children know that I am more rich in books than money!
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog! Happy New Year!

So jealous of your trip to FL. I always feel like I want the change in seasons and the it comes and I freeze to death! Also, I am so interested in starting a collaborative blog but not sure where to start.. I guess I should just email some of the ppl I've been thinking about and see what happens! Good luck with everything!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your well wishes, Becky! Each of the three collaboratives I belong to has two "lead bloggers" that keep us organized! We try to do one monthly "linky" or thematic event, and have assigned days of the months on which we post. The network of ideas and support that it provides has been SO worth the time invested!
DeleteIt sounds like you had a great winter break. I am so needing to get things planned out for school, my blog, and my TPT store. I don't know about you but I've had a hard time getting motivated. I just love this blog post. Now I am curious and will have to go snoop around on here!

Fourth and Goal in Fourth Grade
I actually find that my TpT store and blog(s) are a "happy refuge" after stressful school weeks this year. I do struggle to find "balance" though--and my house is usually beyond messy. But it is just me and my dog now, so no one else is bothered by the piles that accumulate!
DeleteSo glad you enjoyed the post and found my "corner of the blogosphere!"
