SUPER SLEUTH ACTIVITIES FOR THE END-OF-THE-YEAR

Hola mi amigos!

I have fully recovered from yesterday's Cinco de Mayo fiesta with my students, and am now ready to continue moving onward and upward toward SUMMER VACATION!  I have 22 more days until I get to enjoy leisurely afternoons by my friend's pool and oversee some much needed renovations/redecorating projects in my condo!

I meant to get this super-short post finished and out into cyberspace yesterday, but was wiped out after serving nachos, salsa, and queso dip to my ravenous students and pouring cup after endless cup of punch--without ANY spills I might add!  My group was very amused by the Spanish words I kept throwing into our conversations all day, and actually listened more closely to directions when I was using words like "read your libros in silencio for diez minutos while su maestra takes un poco siesta at her desk after la muy bueno fiesta!

As always, thanks for taking the time to stop by my blog--especially with the Teacher Appreciation Sale going on over at TpT today and tomorrow!  I just uploaded this set of "lift-the-flap" writing activities with a mystery theme that your students might enjoy as they end the year!  I was a HUGE Nancy Drew and Hardy Boy fan when I was young, and thought it would be fun way for my class to be "super sleuths!"  The notebook templates were created by From the Pond
and the delightful detectives are by Creative Clips!

This resource includes literature links that your Junior Detectives might enjoy as well, and photo samples to help with assembling the interactive notebooks and Top Secret clue files!

Know that all of my products are marked down 20% through tomorrow, and you get another extra discount if you use the TpT promo code!  Be sure to watch my Facebook page for flash freebies and giveaways as well!  Know that I am so grateful for your continued support and feedback!  Be sure to check out the deals being offered in the stores of some of my best blogger buddies!  Head over to Primary Possibilities and click through the link up!

Continue to keep calm, teach on, and make a difference in the lives of the special children in your care!

    1. It makes me smile to know that I've almost reached 100 followers! When I started blogging back in November, that milestone seemed unattainable! Thanks for reading and sharing! Yay for Nancy Drew!
